I think this is working for me.
This was a test before you buy purchase for us. And, probably the most hyped product I have ever seen on the social media, that eventually got me to buy it. With skepticism, we started to consume it. I have been trying to lose weight for quite sometime, didn’t see a needle move despite trying everything I could. I lately started to incorporate intermittent fasting every other day with my regular workout routine and also started to drink Ryze coffee, 4 days later I am 178 lbs. I had never seen my weight drop below 181lbs in last six months and I check my weight every morning. Many might think it’s nothing, 2 lbs weight loss probably is a water weight and that I might see the 181 lbs come back, but nope, it’s consistent, even after a meal it’s under 180 lbs. We decided to subscribe to the manufacturer’s site once our current stock is depleted. The reason I bought here on Amazon was because of horror stories customers faced with decoupling their subscription from the manufacturer’s site once they made the payment. Whatever is in Ryze coffee, I am feeling is helping with my metabolism, taste is not bad, I got used to it pretty quick, the only ingredient that I didn’t like was that they use the generic arabica instant coffee powder other than that I can say this is working for me.

Really good but not good for autoimmune diseases
I bought this because I’m very sensitive to caffeine and was trying to improve my brain fog but love the taste of coffee and wanted something without consequences to my body! I didn’t mind the taste of Ryze mushroom coffee as it does have a bit of earthly taste! It was easy to mix and wasn’t grainy like protein powder! I would add a dash of cinnamon, vanilla syrup, and coconut milk/ caramel creamer and it tasted amazing!! Definitely fall vibes for sure!The only downfall I was having was the headaches I would get in the morning and afternoon, extra inflamed joints in my hands and legs that lasted all day. I know the mushrooms also help with gut health and I’m use to detoxing my gut but these bowel movements were different and would hurt my stomach after each drink I made. I also have RA (rheumatoid arthritis) which I just found out that cordycep mushrooms are not recommended for people that have autoimmune concerns such as RA, Lupus, etc. Also they can cause side effects such as dry mouth, nausea, and diarrhea. So if you’re like me, unfortunately I would not recommend mushroom coffee. I did see it help improve my brain fog though and did help with my energy especially before I coached my gymnastics classes so I’m not knocking it down. I only rated 4 stars due to the constant bathroom trips though not sure if it was because of my autoimmune disease. Just wanted to inform anyone else that wanted to try mushroom coffee and has autoimmune problems!

Mushrooms that dont taste like mushroom!
This is an interesting product that, flavorwise, is not a replacement for coffee BUT it also doesnt taste bad. It tastes like coconuts and has a decent texture to it when blended well. Sometimes i mix in a shot of espresso, so maybe that explains my good energy. It’s a bit expensive but I was gifted it through an influencer site.

It remains to be seen if this mushroom coffee can be solely credited for any health benefits, but it makes sense that all those medicinal mushroom powders in it will be beneficial.When I first opened the bag, I really didn’t like the smell but drank it anyway. It took me two more days to try another cup. That day was today and the smell was less bothersome. The taste is just fine with the pungent scent a little dissipated. It does take time for my senses to acclimate to new stimuli. Anyway, glad to add this to my morning routine to decrease my dependence on straight coffee and potentially improve my gut at the same time.Plus, it takes considerably less time to prepare than the French press I use for the first cup.I’ll update this at a later date if I notice any improvements.

I LOVE Mushroom Coffee! Here’s a Q&A I made…
I’ve been a mushroom coffee lover since 2015, when Four Sigmatic first came on the market (one of the first), and it’s made a huge impact on my life. Since then, I’ve kept up and tried almost every mushroom product I come across. Surprisingly, I’d heard so much about RYZE and seen their ads everywhere, but hadn’t gotten around to trying them since they weren’t on Amazon until recently. To keep things to the point, here’s my own Q&A:- Is it mainstream?-Yes, they seem to be one of the largest brands on the market.- Do they offer a good dose of mushrooms?-Yes, 2,000mg, which is good size dose.- Is the mushroom extract high quality?-No, it’s a lower-quality extract made with grain and fillers. I can tell because it doesn’t dissolve well and leaves a lot of sediment due to the starch. The best & most potent mushroom extracts are made from 100% fruiting bodies, which is what you should always look for on the label.-Does it taste good?-It’s… barely tolerable. Maybe if you’re used to earthy flavors. Grainy texture. It took a lot of masking for me to get through a whole bag.-Did you feel any benefits?-Not really, I didn’t feel any noticeable body or mind shift after a few weeks, maybe a little less jitters. However, I know for a fact that functional mushrooms are good for you long term.-Is it the best mushroom coffee on the market?-Not really. There are smaller brands that offer much higher-quality products.In conclusion, I’m not sure what value I see for the price, and probably wouldn’t order this again. In my current rotation, I have Everyday Dose, Lucid Super Coffee, and Cuppa. I’d say Lucid is my top choice right now because it’s transparent about its dosages, contains nootropics (which are super fuel for your brain: 2,000 mg of mushrooms and 3,000 mg of nootropics), and it tastes great. EDD is a good mid tier product. Cuppa is a decent bargain brand. The lesson here is that just because a brand is the biggest fish in the pond doesn’t mean their product is the “best”, and maybe invested more $$ in their marketing than their product. I stay open to smaller brands that are more passionate about what they’re offering. Always research before you buy!

Feeling the benefits, especially mood
Replacing coffee with this – checkI got a bag as a gift from my wishlist (because I wanted to try it, but it’s expensive and I suspected it was hyped). I gave up my normal coffee (which I love) and finished the bag. I missed coffee, but it was definitely doable to only drink Ryze instead, whereas giving up coffee altogether would pretty much be impossible for me.Energy – checkI’m a low energy person overall, but can confirm that this seemed to give me a lift just as my regular coffee doesFocus/mental acuity – check??My focus is pretty good in general, but didn’t seem to get much worse or better with Ryze as with regular coffee. Better than when I have neither though, for sure.Mood – check check!I have had much less anxiety when I drink this. I get what I call “stupid anxiety” that springs out of nowhere and has no particular reason (my problems are pretty much the same day to day, so why one day is worse than another for anxiety I don’t know). When my bag was gone I had regular coffee for a few days and BANG, anxiety was back. So, I do think I can attribute my anxiety improvement to either Ryze, or simply drinking less coffee. This is the primary reason I did decide to keep drinking it and ordered another bag.Digestion – mehNo change here for me. Maybe slightly worse if anything.Taste – mehI like mushrooms and earthy flavors so I have no problem drinking this with just some almond milk and no sweetener. But it won’t win any taste awards.

Most meritorious mushroom mix
So far I am loving this coffee. Makes me feel more alert and focused without making me hypervigilant. And while it doesn’t completely stop my head from being on a swivel, it does slightly take off some of the urgent nature by allowing my brain to process faster that “this noise is not a threat”It’s made me more regular and had cleared lots of junk out of my system, luckily not in a violent “combat offload” manner. It taste pretty good. My Mrs. Makes it with a little bit of local honey and it comes out just on this side of the line of being good sweet, but not too sweet where it’s unbearable (looking at you ten-bucks)Sadly, this is a bit to rich for my account, but if you have the money for it, this is a damn good product. Im medically retired from the Corps with two kids. I dont exactly have the disposable income to do 40 some odd dollars twice a month for me and my wife’s coffee. However, I cannot emphasize enough how impactful this has been to our physical and mental well-being. It’s a game changer, through and through. If you have the income, this is a great investment into your future self. Do yourself a favor and try it at least once. The only regret you will have is not having done so sooner.

Does give you energy.
The is a bit of an awkward flavor to it but not so bad at all that I can still drink it. I drink it with the same brand powder creamer and add a low fat no sugar liquid creamer for a better taste. It does have a smell to it but that’s from the mushrooms. It does give me energy and so far I can’t say that it did improve my digestion since I’ve never had an issue with that. The only reason I don’t give a 5 star review is because of the price. Is too much money for the amount you get. As a coffee person this won’t last even close to a month supply.

I’ve been drinking Ryze Mushroom Coffee for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly blown away by how great it makes me feel. I was a bit skeptical at first—mushroom coffee just sounded unusual—but it’s now my go-to morning drink. The taste is smooth and earthy (not mushroom-y at all), and I love that it doesn’t give me the jitters. You can drink it on it’s own as you would your regular coffee, however, I mix it in either my iced or hot coffee. The color is a rich brown like chocolate and the texture is fine, however, it does mix better in a hot drink. I’ve definitely noticed the positive effects it’s had on my energy level and focus, definitely 5 stars for effectiveness! This is a high quality mushroom coffee, don’t settle for the imitators. If you’re looking for a healthy coffee alternative that actually tastes good and makes you feel even better, Ryze is absolutely worth trying

Does not taste like my regular coffee, but after a week of having 1 serving a day, I have acquired a taste for it and feel it gives me extra energy right up until lunchtime. I like that it is made from 6 different mushrooms and a card enclosed letting you know about each mushroom. Only thing I don’t enjoy is the price. Was rather shocked at price and size of the bag. However I calculated if you have one serving a day, it equals out to $1.50 a serving and you cannot go to Starbucks for even a plain cup of coffee for that price! Would I purchase again…….probably! And because mushrooms are grown in the U.S.A.

Taste vs Substance
So, upfront, not a huge mushroom fan. So my main issue is the taste. I find it drinkable, but not appetizing. That said, I wanted to try after my sister had said it helped with gastro issues. I love black coffee, but the acidity bothers me sometimes now that I’m a little older having hit 40. The ryze coffee was fantastic in this regard. I’ve had no gastro issues after a week of drinking it and instead of two or three cups of coffee, one cup of Ryze provided me enough energy to get through the morning. I do feel feel better and less bloated (some others felt more so), but it was effective for me. Once I finish the pack, I’m currently on the fence about ordering more as it is more expensive upfront, but I guess it depends on how much you choose use per cup.

The taste is very earthy and I like it, so I could actually drink it without additives but it’s also good with a teaspoon of honey – please don’t add sugar (it’s really bad for your body, teeth, skin and hair) – and a small amount of half and half or heavy cream if you prefer a creamy taste, which I also love. One note of caution – you need to keep a spoon in your cup and stir before every sip, or else the powder tends to settle on the bottom quickly. A small price to pay for energy and focus without side effects… no jitters… no draw backs. If you need some energy and are tired of being tired all the time, and need less brain fog, I fully recommend this product. I have subscribed!!! Thank you, Ryze, for your genius!!!

My wife, who is a true Colombian, and I tried this instant coffee for the first time today and both really liked it. It’s very smooth, not acedic like most regular instant coffee, and the additional flavors from the mushroom blend make it even better. We’d definetly like to buy this again, but it’s hard to get past the price which is many times higher than regular instant coffee. They need to get the prices lower.

I need to apologize to Ryze given my original review…I was not kind. After writing my original; not so kind; review I decided to go ahead and try it, nevertheless. I mean, I already paid for it. After a couple of mornings I I was “hooked”; so to speak. One of the reasons I wanted to try it again was I needed a weight management program. So I thought I could add this to reach my goal. I found that Ryze helped in keeping my program in tacked. Now that I have been successful I look forward to my morning ritual. I love the taste and enjoy getting on the scale.

Does give you energy.
The is a bit of an awkward flavor to it but not so bad at all that I can still drink it. I drink it with the same brand powder creamer and add a low fat no sugar liquid creamer for a better taste. It does have a smell to it but that’s from the mushrooms. It does give me energy and so far I can’t say that it did improve my digestion since I’ve never had an issue with that. The only reason I don’t give a 5 star review is because of the price. Is too much money for the amount you get. As a coffee person this won’t last even close to a month supply.

Taste vs Substance
So, upfront, not a huge mushroom fan. So my main issue is the taste. I find it drinkable, but not appetizing. That said, I wanted to try after my sister had said it helped with gastro issues. I love black coffee, but the acidity bothers me sometimes now that I’m a little older having hit 40. The ryze coffee was fantastic in this regard. I’ve had no gastro issues after a week of drinking it and instead of two or three cups of coffee, one cup of Ryze provided me enough energy to get through the morning. I do feel feel better and less bloated (some others felt more so), but it was effective for me. Once I finish the pack, I’m currently on the fence about ordering more as it is more expensive upfront, but I guess it depends on how much you choose use per cup.

Diferente cafe
Nunca había probado esta tipo de café hecho a base de hongos. No soy amantes del café aunque venga de un país cafetero, tiene un sabor a coco, no es fuerte pero el sabor en si no es muy de mi agrado. Siento que al ponerle algún tipo de crema diferente a la que trae quizás me gustaría un poco más. Pero tampoco es desagradable. Es bebible.

This is an interesting product that, flavorwise, is not a replacement for coffee BUT it also doesnt taste bad. It tastes like coconuts and has a decent texture to it when blended well. Sometimes i mix in a shot of espresso, so maybe that explains my good energy. It’s a bit expensive but I was gifted it through an influencer site.
